1 About these terms
These terms apply when you use peptidedirectoryaustralia.com.au (“the site”), run by Peptide Directory Australia (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2 Information only
We publish business and source information about Australian peptide businesses. Products these businesses list are generally sold for laboratory research use only. Nothing on the site is medical advice, a recommendation to use any product, or a statement that a product is safe, effective, legal to use or approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration.
3 Accuracy
We record where information came from and when it was checked, but businesses change their details and we can make mistakes. Confirm everything with the business before relying on it. We may correct, update or remove information at any time.
4 Buying from listed businesses
We don't sell products or take part in any sale. Any order is between you and the business, under its own terms. Some links and discount codes are affiliate links or codes: if you buy through them, the business may pay us a commission. We aren't responsible for a business's products, delivery, refunds or conduct.
5 Forum posts
You're responsible for what you post. Posts must follow the community rules: no dosing or medical advice, no sourcing requests or contact details for buying or selling, and nothing unlawful, misleading or abusive. We check posts before they appear and may refuse or remove any post. By posting, you allow us to publish your post on the site. To ask for a post to be removed, use the contact form.
6 Using the site
Don't misuse the site: don't try to disrupt or overload it, access parts of it you aren't meant to, or copy its content in bulk by automated means.
7 Intellectual property
The site's design, text and compilations belong to us or our licensors. Business names, logos and product photos belong to their owners and are shown to identify them. You're welcome to share links to any page.
8 Links to other sites
Links to other websites are provided for reference. We aren't responsible for their content, products or practices.
9 Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. Subject to that, the site is provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, your reliance on information on it, or your dealings with businesses listed on it.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
11 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
