Peptide Calculator
Calculate concentration, syringe draw volume and approximate units from the vial amount, the water added and a target amount.
Common vial and water combinations, with an example 0.5 mg target if you have not entered one. Always check your own vial label.
Enter the total amount printed on the vial label.
Enter how many mL of water were added to the vial.
Enter the amount you want to measure.
Select a syringe size to see where the volume sits on a common U-100 insulin syringe.
Enter values to see equivalent syringe units.
Your target amount is highlighted once values are entered.

Peptide Calculator Guide
What does this calculator do?
It turns the vial amount and the water added into a concentration, then works out the volume and U-100 syringe units for the amount you enter.
Units are not milligrams
Insulin syringe units measure volume, not peptide amount. How much one unit holds depends on the vial size and the water added.
Basic formula
Concentration = vial amount ÷ water added. Volume = target amount ÷ concentration. On a U-100 syringe, 1 mL = 100 units.
Check the label
Always use the amount printed on your own vial label, and follow the supplier's storage instructions.
